Politics may be associated with shady dealings, intrigues and snobbery. It looks like no place for beauty, isn’t it. But a beautiful woman in politics is an absolutely another matter. Notwithstanding any politic decisions they make, we can forgive them any mistakes if they are indeed charming. I think that even unjustified political steps and ineffective reforms would be more popular if they were leaded by attractive women. We may talk without end about the women’s role in today’s and past politics, but what I’m sure about is that they add some more subtlety and flavor to such a contradictory subject as politics.

The verb “save” has obviously become more actively used. And what we really should save is our money. And Mother Earth, of course. While car industry is in its lowest during the total recession, people still need shifting from one spot to another one. But the travel must be money-saving. And environment-conscious, surely. That’s probably the reason why people are changing their voracious gas-guzzlers for smaller economy cars. Almost all popular economy cars are hybrids rolled from the Japanese production line.

Twitter gives you the chance to get closer to the stars and know all their habits and moods. Gossip magazines are absolutely useless when celebrities can share the information of their daily activities themselves.

Working in the office all day long, sitting in a swivel chair and staring in the monitor you’re risking to have some serious problems with your health. Endless moves from fax to your desk, from your desk to the coffee machine, then back to your working place, from that point are not enough keep fit. Without any physical activity your comfortable job with stable income may become a direct route ploughed to the doors of hospital. Even if you’re extremely loaded with work and can’t step aside from your desk, try to find some minutes for exercises. What are the images that recur to your memory when you hear the word “Ireland”? Hmm… Whiskey, shamrock, fighting for independence…and, of course, Saint Patrick’s Day! What a great holiday. Even though the holiday itself may seem very unserious, it has very earnest religious background. It was a solely religious holiday till 1903 but remains religious observance in Ireland.
